At Colliers, we're passionate about developing the next generation of industry leaders. Our Graduate Program is designed for ambitious, driven students and recent graduates who are eager to fast-track their career in a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.

Starting in February 2027, you'll join us on a full-time or part-time fixed-term contract through to December 2027, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role within the business at the conclusion of the program.

Through our structured rotational program, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a variety of service lines across the business, build meaningful networks, work alongside industry experts, and develop the skills needed to succeed in one of Australia's leading property and professional services firms.

Whether you're passionate about commercial property, investment, valuation, capital markets, project management, workplace solutions, or advisory services, this is your opportunity to discover where your strengths and interests can take you.

Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need to:

  • Be in your second, third, or final year of study, or have recently completed a degree in Business, Property, Commerce, Economics, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Be available to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in the property industry and a desire to build a long-term career within it.
  • Have strong academic results and a proactive approach to learning and development.
