Product Manager
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 10+ years of product management experience who has built consumer/D2C products from zero-to-one and achieved product-market fit. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high autonomy, and have a track record of driving conversion, retention, and LTV in subscription or membership businesses. Bonus points if you have telehealth or regulated industry experience.
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end member experience from first interaction through years of ongoing care, defining product strategy and roadmap priorities
Take ownership of the post-funnel user experience and drive retention, engagement, and member satisfaction through data-informed iteration
Work closely with the CEO, Head of Design, Head of Engineering, and clinical/legal stakeholders to ship high-quality product experiences at velocity
Define and communicate product requirements and deliverables with exceptional clarity — reducing churn between product, design, and engineering
Lead the expansion of the platform as new wellness protocols launch (longevity, recovery, sleep, holistic weight management), managing complexity across user states and product seams
Design and run rapid experiments to test hypotheses about member behavior, using AI tools as your default operating system to dramatically accelerate prototyping, research, and artifact creation
