Cold Front Distribution is a leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supplier serving grocery and retail customers across a 19-state region. We distribute nationally and regionally recognized brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and frozen prepared foods. We are currently seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our team in Springdale, AR.

Starting Pay: $55,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Deliver products to retail customers safely, accurately, and on time.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while providing outstanding service.
• Merchandise products and ensure proper product rotation and display.
• Operate a handheld device to manage deliveries, inventory, and customer transactions.
• Represent Cold Front Distribution with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Monday through Friday schedule – weekends off!
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet all DOT medical certification and drug/alcohol requirements.
• Experience with DSD, grocery or retail food distribution, and handheld devices is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
