About this role

  • Coordinate with the Order Management team on shipping-related enquiries.

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, prepare import and export shipment documentation.

  • Liaise with transport providers, couriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and smooth shipment processing.

  • Arrange local transportation and dispatch activities, including pickups and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation, including Proof of Delivery (POD), export permits, invoices, and shipping records.

  • Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of shipping and customs-related documents.

  • Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries. 

  • Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delivery issues, and transportation-related concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction. 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
