About this role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Travel to customer site to maintain Cohu systems or exchange instruments.
  2. Perform new systems installation.
  3. Provide technical support and training to customers.
  4. Provide technical assistance to Sales department.
  5. Update technical and installation tickets with follow up actions regularly.
  6. Complete and submit field reports on time.
  7. Find out customer’s potential issues and feed back to management team.
  8. To ensure customer satisfaction and key account management.

 

Requirements

  1. Over 3 years working experience on any handlers.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  3. Good interpersonal & communication skills and team work.
  4. Must be able to communicate in Japanese language. 
  5. Proficiency in English and Chinese speaking and writing is an advantage.
  6. Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
