We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team in Sei Beduk, Batam, Riau Islands. As a Field Application Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers in the use of our products, including installation guidance, system configuration, and troubleshooting. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and the internal engineering team, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technical requirements, developing appropriate solutions, and coordinating closely with production and marketing teams. The role may require working directly at customer sites to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality technical support.
This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills. Candidates should hold at least a Diploma in Engineering and have 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in customer service, engineering principles, and technical support is essential, with knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering considered an advantage. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment, and committed to contributing to a collaborative and innovative team.
