About this role
Required Education & Experience:
- Post graduate degree in Textile Science/ Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar industry
Job Role includes:
- Supervise Inspection and testing of incoming, in-process and outgoing goods and ensure accuracy of data entered in SAP QM
- Identify and implement viable actions to improve processes for improved quality, productivity and cost effectiveness
- Perform Yearly Customer Feedback Survey; provide customers with technical support and ensure compliance
- Resolve all customer/internal/vendor complaints and ensure correct and timely logging in SAP QM
- Manage and coordinate ISO 9001 Documentation and internal /external audits with all the functions
- Ensure Oeko-Tex® certification is renewed timely
- As designated Chemical Officer, ensure Control of Restricted Substances as per Coats’ RS List in coordination with Procurement and Global Team
- Waste Reduction, including Conversion Factor control, Rounding profile review and reconciliation analysis
- Ensure all tasks are performed as per Health and Safety guidelines and maintain good 5S Housekeeping conditions
