YOUR ROLE


As a Transport Execution Specialist, you will be a key member of the Operations team, responsible for monitoring and controlling international transport flows for our client Stellantis in Algeria.

You will ensure smooth transport execution, proactively manage deviations, and coordinate with all stakeholders to guarantee operational excellence and service continuity.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Monitor and control overseas and inland transport execution flows in Algeria
  • Ensure continuity and reliability of transport operations
  • Manage operational issues during transit, arrival, and delivery phases
  • Coordinate closely with carriers, suppliers, customs brokers, and customer sites (plants/warehouses)
  • Track transport status and ensure full visibility through Track & Trace systems
  • Identify deviations, escalate issues, and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead and facilitate regular operational meetings with all stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, logistics partners, and local authorities
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of transport execution and performance indicators

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education & Experience

 

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas transport or freight forwarding operations.

 

Technical Skills

 

Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations

Good understanding of transport monitoring and reporting processes

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)

Professional proficiency in English, French, and Arabic

 

Soft Skills

 

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure

Team-oriented with a proactive approach

Result-driven attitude and sense of ownership

Ability to build effective relationships with clients and partners
