YOUR ROLE
The NEXTGEN Project Manager is accountable for delivering pilot projects within CEVA’s global Contract Logistics transformation, ensuring execution in line with scope, timelines, and programme standards. The role drives cross-functional coordination, risk management, and transparent reporting to deliver measurable pilot outcomes. It ensures validated results and insights to support scaling and wider programme rollout.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Lead end-to-end delivery of pilot projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Define and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional and regional stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with programme objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to NEXTGEN programme governance, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Capture lessons learned and key insights to inform scaling decisions and support broader programme rollout.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in project and/or program management within complex, multi‑project environments.
- Demonstrated responsibility for project governance, integrated planning, and senior‑stakeholder reporting.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integrations within a 3PL environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong expertise in project governance, dependency management, and integrated planning.
- 5+ years of experience in project environments.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, IT transformation, or e‑commerce environments.
- Experience working in global or cross‑regional delivery structures.
