MISSION
Under the responsibility of and in permanent liaison with the Security Director, and in coordination with the various collaborators of the Media Security Directorate, the Head of Anticipation, Analysis and Protection is responsible for:
In liaison with the editorial teams and the Group’s internal communications, anticipating events that require particular attention due to their confirmed or potential sensitivity. To this end, the Head maintains an appropriate scheduling tool providing visibility over time of major events requiring special attention;
Analyzing the threat landscape for the CMA Media Group and proposing anticipatory countermeasures;
Participating in the protection of employees and CMA Media and CMA CGM Group sites in the Île-de-France region, by designing and implementing appropriate site protection measures for limited perimeters;
Participating in the development and implementation of crisis management procedures;
Supporting the Security Director on specific and cross-functional matters.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Implements tools and processes to identify, assess, and monitor primarily intangible threats affecting employees, sites, the Group’s image, and reputation;
Coordinates actions with other members of the Media Security Directorate, and works in close collaboration with the Communications Department and the Group’s cyber protection services;
To anticipate global threats, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities that could affect the Group’s security, records all events in an anticipation tool, analyzes related security information, and produces assessments to support security evaluations;
Actively participates in the protection of CMA Media Group sites (local BFM agencies under their responsibility) and CMA CGM sites in the Paris region (particularly the rue Hoche site). Required to change sites regularly to coordinate security arrangements based on activities. Maintains close contact with the CMA Media sites’ Security Manager, particularly for service management;
Participates in the CMA Media Group’s crisis management by leading an anticipation cell or supporting other specialized cells established according to the nature of the crisis. Remains focused on core expertise in counter-interference and information analysis;
Participates in organizing exercises to train internal crisis management structures and resources;
As a versatile security specialist, participates in the 24/7 security on-call duty alongside all other members of the Security Directorate. This role requires particular availability and the ability to quickly reach any Parisian site of the Group.
