Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst to support the development and growth of our asset management business. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing new platform at an early stage and work closely with investment, distribution, product and senior management teams. Focus client segments are institutions, corporates and wealth across ASEAN.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing client accounts for our Asset Management products and services.

  • Support the development, launch and ongoing management of investment strategies and products.

  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities in the asset management sector in ASEAN.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to meet client needs.

  • Provide exceptional support to existing clients, ensuring they receive timely communication and insights regarding their investment portfolios.

  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and coordinating follow-up activities to drive conversion of prospects

  • Staying updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.

  • Act as a product specialist capable of clearly articulating CSI Asset Management’s investment capabilities, competitive edge, products and portfolios in order to attract assets into local and regional portfolios.

  • Support client onboarding, ongoing reporting and ad hoc information requests.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of a reputable university

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in asset management/wealth management/corporate banking

  • Existing client relationships across family offices, corporates and institutions in ASEAN will be advantageous.

  • Proven track record in winning clients and growing a client following

  • Strong hunger, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sense of personal accountability, diligence, initiative and responsibility for owning issues through to resolution, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred
