Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Retail/Distribution Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will support the distribution of our investment products to retail clients, high-net-worth customers, financial advisors and distribution channels. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in asset management and wealth business sales within a dynamic and growing organization. This position is located in Hong Kong.  
 

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Assist in the promotion and distribution of the firm's investment funds and products to retail investors, high-net-worth customers, and financial intermediaries.

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, partner channels, and other distribution partners.

  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, sales pitches, and product presentations.

  • Conduct inbound and outbound communication with clients and partners to introduce products and answer queries.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

  • Track and update client and partner information in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.

  • Monitor market trends, product performance, and industry developments to support sales strategies.

  • Assist in managing client onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining sales records.
     

Requirements

  • Masters’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.

  • At least 3-5 year of sales, client servicing or marketing experience within financial services or asset management preferred.

  • Hungry for an opportunity to impress in an entry-level position in a leading and rapidly growing China-focused asset management firm.

  • Strong interest in investment products, financial markets and wealth business sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is preferred.

  • Fluent Mandarin and English language skills.
