Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead / Architect with strong expertise in front-end architecture and team leadership. The role involves designing scalable Angular applications, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Development
- Lead the design and development of scalable Angular applications
- Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage a team of front-end developers
- Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices
- Drive adoption of modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, UX, backend teams, and stakeholders
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and reviews
- Support client interactions and project delivery
Mandatory Skills
- 8–12 years of IT experience with strong Angular development
- Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and REST API integration
- Experience in front-end architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with state management (NgRx or similar)
- Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Karma or equivalent)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
Good to Have
- Experience with AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
- Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in client-facing roles
