We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team on a 100% Remote basis.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
- Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrations
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices
⭐ Important Skills (Must Have):
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, APIs, MID Server)
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation & ServiceNow platform architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to define product roadmap & backlog prioritization
- Knowledge of ITIL framework & best practices
🎓 Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- ITIL Certification
