About this role

Job Summary
Implementation Associates support the onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform and service model. They work alongside clients and cross-functional Clearwater teams to gather requirements and help configure solutions that support each client's investment performance measurement, risk analysis, compliance monitoring, and reporting needs.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate Clearwater's core value proposition clearly to clients throughout the implementation process
  • Follow Clearwater Way methodologies to guide clients through implementation and onboarding
  • Support client training on Clearwater's platform
  • Contribute to a project workstream, keeping stakeholders informed of status, issues, and risks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues that arise during implementation
  • Build strong working relationships with client and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement
  • Support project objectives by keeping day-to-day work aligned with the project plan
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Project Manager promptly
  • Apply sound judgment to work through implementation challenges as they arise
  • Respond to routine inquiries — written and verbal — accurately and on time
  • Share knowledge and best practices with teammates as experience grows
  • Document and suggest internal process and product improvements
  • Bring forward ideas for improvement within the team
Required Skills
  • General knowledge of investments and financial markets; exposure to investment accounting concepts a plus
  • Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures
  • Understanding of vanilla fixed income and equity investments
  • Exposure to derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1–8 years of relevant experience
