We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiting Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruiting process for our field employees, helping attract, hire, and onboard top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Role + Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the recruiting process for field positions from application through onboarding.
Review applications, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing

Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, employee referrals, and networking.
Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Hiring Events & Community Outreach

Plan, coordinate, and attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting events.
Represent Clean Scapes professionally within the community and build relationships with workforce partners, schools, and community organizations.
Assist with creating recruiting materials, flyers, and other employment marketing initiatives.

Onboarding

Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure employees complete onboarding requirements before their start date.
Partner with hiring managers to provide a seamless transition from candidate to employee.

Recruiting Administration

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity to support department reporting.
Prepare offer letters and other recruiting documentation.
Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Collaboration

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
Support additional Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as needed.

Education

While a degree is impressive, we recognize that what's on paper doesn't define you. Many of us have honed our craft through hands-on experience. We'll consider both as a foundation of talent.

Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, landscaping, or field operations is a plus.
Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
