Talent Acquisition Systems & Project Sr. Associate
About this role
SUMMARY
The TA Systems & Project Senior Associate coordinates various projects related to system implementations and support. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, as well as provide support to the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the development and implementation of system strategies and objectives.
Collaborates with the LSA to identify and prioritize project tasks and milestones.
Conducts research and analysis to support decision-making related to system enhancements.
Assists with the preparation of documentation and reports for system-related projects.
Troubleshoots talent acquisition system issues and providing timely resolutions to end-users.
Assists the LSA with user training and documentation for new talent acquisition system implementations.
Assists with data analysis and reporting for talent acquisition project-related activities.
Coordinates and tracks talent acquisition project deliverables and timelines.
Contributes to process improvement initiatives for talent acquisition projects as needed. Also, provides administrative support to those matters.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the role
At least 2-3 years’ experience with systems and/or process improvement
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
