Salary: $20.25 -21.25 per hour (with incentive opportunities)
About the Role

- Paid training in multiple evidence-based practices, such as Trust Based Relational Intervention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, and Motivational Interviewing
- An opportunity to become involved with and learn more about the child welfare system, including extensive networking opportunities with child welfare system professionals, such as caseworkers and attorneys
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience working with children, crisis intervention and conflict resolution, and/or knowledge of child development and the child welfare system
- Proof of valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, as well as valid auto insurance and consistent access to a working vehicle that can safely transport clients
- Organized and able to independently maintain your schedule
- Ability to provide at least one weekend day and multiple afternoon/evenings of availability in order to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 18 client session hours per week, to accommodate the schedules of working parents and school-aged children
- $20.25 - $21.25/hour
