$2.50 per billing-hour differential for services rendered after 5pm or on weekends
Opportunity to earn an additional $1/hour for exceeding base client service goals
Opportunity to earn up to $7,500 annually for on-call coverage (up to 15 days/month)

About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide intensive individual and family therapy services to children and families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In this role, you will help clients strengthen relationships, develop coping strategies, and build long-term skills that support stability and growth. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the opportunity to practice evidence-based therapeutic approaches in a supportive environment.
CO Clinical Therapist
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as clinically indicated
• Support children and families in addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
• Meet productivity and service delivery expectations
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active or eligible licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
