Responsibilities
- Business & Solution Design
Translate business needs into functional SAP MM solutions, defining system requirements, enhancements, and change requests. - Global Application Delivery
Manage and deliver global IT services for Procurement and Material Management, including projects, enhancements, and support, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance. - SAP Configuration & Expertise
Configure SAP MM and related modules, maintaining proper documentation and a strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes. - Project & Stakeholder Management
Define project scope, support cost estimation, coordinate resources, and ensure integration with other global initiatives. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiency, and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs. - Training & Service Quality
Develop user training materials and ensure high-quality support through proper ticket handling and service monitoring.
