Right now, we are looking for a Workplace Services Engineer L3 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Platform ownership & design — Own base-image architecture, packaging standards, GPO and security-baseline design; own version-currency strategy (n-1 or latest stable), platform capacity and security.
  • Modern management — Lead the SCCM → Intune migration and co-management design and execution (aligned to the Modern Management transformation initiative); administer Windows Virtual Desktop / AVD and AWS DaaS.
  • Automation lead — Design and own PowerShell automation — the plan / execute / test / report cycle for deployment scripts and remediation; drive the tower's continuous-efficiency roadmap.
  • Top-tier escalation — Root-cause complex incidents; act as final internal technical authority; coordinate directly with Microsoft support for SCCM/Intune issues.
  • Certification & onboarding — Certify base and standard software (executables/MSI) and new hardware models; design compatibility testing.
  • Continuity & governance — Own the service Business Continuity Plan documentation and testing; govern SCCM/Intune remote-control tooling and credential access for internal and external teams; interface with EDP governance on the technical roadmap.
  • Standards & mentoring — Author runbooks and work instructions; set standards for and mentor L2.

 

You must have:

  • 5-8 years of experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of SCCM + Intune + AVD, with proven experience in migration and design;
  • Experience with SCCM (design), Intune / modern management, Entra ID, AVD + AWS VDI, Office 365, ServiceNow, security baselines;
  • Scripting skills: PowerShell (run/adapt);
  • Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundations; MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator); CISA / CISSP (plus);
  • Fluency in English.
