Right now, we
are looking for a Unified Communications and Collaboration Engineer L3 to integrate our internal team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver advanced UC support, implementation, and
change execution across the client’s collaboration and telephony estate.
- Resolve complex escalations, implement platform
changes defined by the L4 Specialist, and ensure operational excellence
within agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
You
must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in unified
communications support and engineering, ideally within a managed services
or financial services environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change,
request, and CMDB modules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft
Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.
- Experience with AV and meeting room systems
(Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Teams Rooms).
- Familiarity with Exchange Online and hybrid
Exchange environments.
- Working knowledge of collaboration analytics and
reporting tools (Power BI, Teams CQD, Teams Insights).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator
Associate (or equivalent).
- Effective communicator with strong written and
verbal English skills (B2 or higher).
We
value:
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking
certification.
- Previous experience within a managed service
provider or telecommunications environment serving financial services
clients.
- Experience with Zoom and Webex administration.
- Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven
collaboration capabilities.
- Knowledge of DORA, FCA, or PRA regulatory
frameworks.
- PowerShell scripting for Teams and Exchange
administration.
- Understanding of contact centre platforms (CCaaS).
