Right now, we are looking for a Technical Lead for a client on our Talent Team.

 
Your responsibilities include:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions using Python, PySpark, and Databricks
  • Refactor and improve existing code, including legacy systems
  • Build and maintain data and Machine Learning pipelines in Microsoft Azure
  • Work with Azure Data Factory and related cloud services
  • Implement, monitor, and evolve Machine Learning models in production
  • Evaluate performance metrics and ensure model quality
  • Develop solutions based on GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Implement single-agent and multi-agent architectures
  • Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
  • Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and observability tools such as Langfuse
  • Manage document indexing and vector databases
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs
  • Participate in deployment processes, CI/CD, and environment management
  • Ensure development best practices, automated testing, and code quality
  • Produce technical documentation and support troubleshooting and log analysis
  • Collaborate in permission management, access control, and data governance.
 
You must have:
  • Strong experience with Python
  • Experience with PySpark and Databricks
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Experience developing data and ML pipelines
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, and metrics)
  • Experience with REST APIs and service integrations
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL
  • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows
  • Knowledge of pytest and SonarQube
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI solutions
  • Experience using OpenAI models and APIs
  • Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph
  • Experience implementing RAG solutions
  • Knowledge of vector databases and document indexing
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Langfuse)
