Right now, we are looking for a Public Cloud Support Engineer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Experience (minimum 3 years) in cloud engineering/support, including hands-on experience across at least one of AWS, Azure; 
  • Design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IaaS and PaaS services in multi-cloud environments;
  • Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform);
  • Proficiency in automation and operational tasks;
  • Provide support, troubleshoot, and optimize environments across Azure and AWS, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, performing root-cause analysis and incident resolution;
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, networking, and cloud security best practices;
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex cloud-related issues;

 

You must have: 

  • 12th degree (minimum) or University degree in IT-related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in public cloud engineering/support;
  • Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following: AWS and Microsoft Azure;
  • Solid experience with IaaS and PaaS services, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform);
  • Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps);
  • Scripting skills;
  • At least one professional-level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect);
  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
