Right now, we are looking for a Public Cloud Support Engineer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in cloud engineering/support, ideally with exposure to more than one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP);
  • Technical Skills: Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IaaS and PaaS services across multi-cloud environments, under guidance from senior team members;
  • Automation & IaC: Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
  • Scripting: Basic proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to support automation tasks;
  • Multi-Cloud Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments;
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor cloud resources and assist in incident resolution and root-cause analysis;
  • Security Awareness: Basic understanding of identity and access management, networking, and cloud security best practices;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot cloud-related issues with support from senior colleagues;
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and vendors;
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to changing technologies and capable of working different shift patterns if required;
  • Problem-solving Attitude: Proactive approach to finding solutions to issues, escalating when needed;
  • Teamwork: Collaborative team player who works well with others and is eager to learn from senior engineers;
  • Innovation: Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in public cloud engineering;
  • Customer Service Skills: Good customer service skills for client interactions.
You must have:
  • 12th degree (minimum) or University attendance/degree in IT-related field;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cloud engineering/support;
  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to at least one of the following: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
  • Basic knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services;
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions);
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash);
  • Associate-level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer), or in progress;
  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
