Right now, we are looking for a Program Manager to integrate our talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
  
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation).
  
• Ensure financial execution is aligned with project execution.
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain assertive communication with all stakeholders.
  
• Prepare project reporting, management information and support decision-making.
  

You must have:

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale and complex projects in terms of scope, timelines and/or budget.
  
• Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  
• Written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
  
• Critical analysis skills with a focus on resolving roadblocks.
