Right now, we are looking for a Principal Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.


Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable and resilient application architectures
  • Drive technical decisions and guide engineering teams on best practice
  • Influence product evolution with a strong technical perspective
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems
  • Architect and implement microservices and event-driven solution
  • Promote Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles across projects
  • Oversee cloud-based solutions (preferably Azure) and containerized environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure observability, monitoring, and system resilience
  • Support and mentor engineering teams, fostering technical growth
  • Analyze complex problems and propose effective, innovative solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of modern engineering practices

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
  • More than 12 years of experience in application development;
  • More than 6 years of experience in technical leadership of application solutions;
  • Experience with microservices architectures, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), as well as containers (Docker, Kubernetes), high availability, resilience, and monitoring;
  • Experience in projects involving a wide range of technologies and tools;
  • Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies;
  • Understanding of and familiarity with distributed environments;
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills;
  •  Ability to analyze complex information (essential for new challenges);
  • Creativity (as there will be countless opportunities to learn).
