Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

  

Your responsibilities include:

  • Experience working with ITSM tools:
  • Creation and management of Incidents (INC) and Service Requests (RQ);Escalation management, including experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout escalation processes;
  • Ensuring first-line resolution of incidents related to infrastructure, networks, applications, and security, or escalating to second- and third-line support teams in accordance with Knowledge Base (KB) procedures.
  • Experience with monitoring across multiple platforms and tools (Infrastructure, Network & Application Operating Center);
  • Knowledge of Monitoring and Orchestration software;
  • Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents;
  • Infrastructure monitoring and preventive maintenance;
  • Configuration of switches, routers, and telecommunications equipment;
  • Technical support for internal teams and customers;
  • Technical documentation and maintenance of network records.
  • 100% On-site (24x7 Shift Schedule).
You must have:
  • Degree or technical qualification in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in similar roles (preferred);
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching);
  • Knowledge of network equipment and solutions:
  • Cisco (preferred);
  • Nokia (preferred);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility.

We value:

  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification – Optional / Considered an asset;
  • Technical certifications such as CCNA, Nokia NRS, or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of network security principles and technologies;
  • Experience in corporate environments and/or telecommunications operators;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
