Right now, we are looking for an End User Computing Engineer L2 to integrate our internal team.


Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver reliable, compliant, and responsive endpoint operations across the client’s global EUC estate.
• Execute configuration management, application deployment, patching, security remediation, and experience monitoring activities within agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous service availability through 8x5 shift coverage between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. + on call.


You must have:

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in endpoint management or EUC support, ideally within a managed services or financial services environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, request, and CMDB modules).
• Experience with patch management execution and compliance monitoring
• Working knowledge of Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and endpoint security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of application deployment formats (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin) and basic troubleshooting of deployment failures.
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
• Familiarity with Nexthink or equivalent endpoint analytics and remote action platforms.
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning workflows.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent foundational IT support certification.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment).

We value:

• Previous experience within a managed service provider or telecommunications environment serving financial services clients.
• Experience with SCCM and hybrid co-management scenarios.
• Understanding of desktop virtualisation (AVD).
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot.
• Additional Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365 administration).
• Knowledge of DORA, FCA, or PRA regulatory frameworks.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for endpoint troubleshooting and automation.
