Right now, we are looking for a DevOps to integrate our talent team.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and evolve AI-powered agents to support different phases of the SDLC (analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations).
  • Define and implement architectures for AI agents using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Establish and track metrics for adoption, productivity, and ROI of implemented solutions.
  • Promote best practices for the use of Generative AI within technical teams.
  • Produce technical documentation, playbooks, and run enablement/training sessions.
  • Stay up to date with the Generative AI landscape and propose new use cases and improvements.

You must have:

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles
  • Automation and infrastructure management
  • Experience with API integrations, cloud services, and DevOps tooling.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

We value:

  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs): Architecture, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Experience with Generative AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI (or similar)
  • Experience with AI cost optimization (token usage and cost control)
  • Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems
  • Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance
  • Experience with digital transformation and AI adoption programs
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
