Right now, we are looking for a Database Administrator for a
client on our Talent Team.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize database
environments across multiple technologies;
- Manage database clusters, replication mechanisms, and
high-availability solutions;
- Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses;
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
using Power BI and MicroStrategy;
- Support and optimize Power BI Reporting Services
environments;
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery
strategies for databases;
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for
improvement;
- Develop and apply performance tuning measures to
ensure system efficiency and reliability;
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and
business teams to support data-related initiatives;
- Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance
with best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Mandatory);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in
database administration, including MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and
PostgreSQL;
- Experience managing database clusters
and replication mechanisms;
- Professional experience with DevOps
tools;
- Experience with Azure, MongoDB,
Oracle, and Power BI Reporting Services;
- Experience with MicroStrategy;
- Experience designing and configuring
data warehouses;
- Experience creating reports and
dashboards in Power BI;
- Experience managing database backup
and restore policies and tools;
- Experience creating and using
performance analysis tools and implementing performance improvement measures.
