Right now, we are looking for a Data Validation & Reconciliation
Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Migration
of mission-critical, high-availability, and high-transaction systems;
- Experience
in financial services or payment processing environments;
- Temporary
coexistence of legacy and target systems during migration;
- Hands-on
experience with shadow mode, reverse shadow, dual-run, or parallel-run
migration strategies;
- Experience
with progressive rollout strategies;
- ETL-supported
migrations or equivalent data migration frameworks;
- Automation
and observability of migration processes.
You must have:
- 5+
years of experience
- Relevant experience in migration
projects;
- Specific experience with DB2,
MongoDB, and/or equivalent technologies;
- Experience with shadow run, parallel
run, or system coexistence (if applicable);
- Availability to start the project;
- Proposed allocation model.
