- Study Workplace trends and
identify opportunities of improvement;
- Know-how of Cloud Office;

workstations and operating systems;
- Pre-sales support for
Managed Workplace Services (including M365 + Endpoint Management & Service
Desk);
- Pre-sales support for
Workplace Professional Services (focus on Cloud Office, Migration projects
& modern management deployment);
- Pre-sales support for
Modern Workplace and Digital Experience (DEX) vision and design;
- Define strategy and
planning for Workplace transformation, incorporating DEX-driven insights;
- Delivery of high-level
training sessions about value and experience of Workplace Solutions in
organizations;
- Alignment and relationship
management with partners;
- Help build and evolve our
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) offer, from value proposition to
go-to-market, working closely with delivery and operations teams.
- Promoting continuous
improvement of documentation quality throughout the different phases of the
project.
You must have:
- Degree in Information Systems, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, preferably in the Workplace domain.
- Fundamentals in Cloud
Office (M365, G-Suite).
- Experience in Account
Planning, Offer Presentation and Proposals;

commercial proposals and present them;
- Hands-on exposure to DEX

Management/Adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
