Right now, we are looking for a BI Data Visualization Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions to support business decision-making;
  • Create and explore reports, dashboards, and analytical views that provide meaningful and actionable insights;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions;
  • Work with both relational and non-relational databases to collect, transform, and analyze data;
  • Support the design and evolution of Business Intelligence architectures and reporting environments;
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and visualization layers;
  • Implement and manage data security controls, access permissions, and governance best practices;
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions and data models;
  • Document reporting processes, data flows, and BI solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You must have:
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or a related field;
  • More than 3 years of professional experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL);
  • At least 1 year of experience with Business Intelligence architectures;
  • At least 1 year of experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining reports and dashboards;
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and analytical reporting;
  • Experience with data security, access management, and data governance principles;
  • Experience working with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or equivalent;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
