The Opportunity
Are you a motivated Project Manager looking to broaden your experience and work on projects that make a real impact?
We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships & Projects team. Reporting to the Head of Brand Performance and Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering national initiatives across operations, engineering, energy and safety.
Working closely with internal teams, field-based technicians and partner stakeholders, you'll manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery frameworks
- Define project scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate resources including labour, materials and external suppliers
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across multiple business units
- Work closely with partner representatives to deliver successful outcomes
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication
Risk & Commercial Management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support tender preparation, submissions and evaluations
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Monitor project scope, timelines and deliverables
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track project progress and provide regular updates
- Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvements
- Support operational initiatives and project opportunities across the business
Experience & Expertise
Essential
- Project Management qualification or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
- Proven project delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable
- Experience within engineering, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical services environments
- Exposure to facilities management or service-based operations
- Experience with tender processes and commercial project delivery
- Familiarity with project budgeting and financial reporting
