Summary
This position is responsible for administering employee training through the Learning Management System (LMS), including testing and posting new content, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, ensuring accurate audience assignments, documenting processes, and developing reports and queries for a variety of internal needs.
Essential Job Functions
Day-to-day management of LMS, including implementation, content management and support of LMS policies and practices.
Perform both routine and ad-hoc data analysis, including arranging data into meaningful conclusions using charts, graphs, pivot tables.
Prepare accurate and consistent reporting for business owners.
Research and resolve LMS functionality issues.
Make recommendations to improve content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
Understand and articulate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
Perform scheduled check-ins with management on training activity.
Facilitate learning management system (LMS) training.
Understanding of instructional design principles and the ADDIE process.
Collect and review training records for completion and accuracy.
Enroll learners in courses and record learning events with the highest levels of accuracy.
Demonstrate excellent detail orientation, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Meet deadlines and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
QualificationsEducation/Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in learning management system administration (LMS)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software
Experience using e-Learning development tools a plus.
Proficient using webinar technology such as Teams.
Working knowledge of Doceobo, a plus.
Experience using SCORM, SQL queries, HTML, CSS, and API a plus.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience in document management and storage in a multi-user environment.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent listening, problem resolution and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow verbal/written instruction material to perform complex tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with a focus on providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment with a flexible schedule.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
