Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving complex technical issues that subordinates cannot.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and manuals.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Experience: Generally 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical field.
Education: High school diploma, though a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is often preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of specific machinery, software, or systems (e.g., HVAC, IT, automotive).
