Video KYC Analyst - Commercial Cards Onboarding Ops

About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Video KYC (VKYC) Analyst to support Commercial Cards onboarding while ensuring compliance with RBI Video KYC guidelines, AML/KYC requirements, and global banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct VKYC in adherence to RBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Handle inbound customer interactions during VKYC sessions and address customer queries.
  • Hands-on experience in Commercial Cards onboarding, account maintenance, customer verification, and related banking operations preferred.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Verify customer identity and documents through live video interactions.
  • Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk assessments.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support Manager Control Assessment (MCA) requirements.
  • Identify and escalate fraud indicators and compliance concerns.
  • Achieve quality, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in VKYC, KYC, Commercial Cards, Banking Operations, or Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of RBI and global VKYC/KYC guidelines, AML, KYC, and CDD requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong investigation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Relevant KYC/AML certifications are an added advantage.
