The candidate must be willing to HYBRID work arrangement in Quezon City, following a NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute MS SQL Server database scripts for customer integration setup, configuration, and data management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and client-facing processes related to ATS and HRIS integration setup and configuration
- Design, build, and maintain Postman API test scripts and collections for validating integration functionality and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Provide first and second-line technical support to customers experiencing integration issues, including investigating root causes and coordinating resolutions
- Review and validate client ATS configuration, mapping, and setup within various ATS platforms (Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, iCims, and others)
- Analyze internal system logs including SQL Server, Azure Application Insights, and Logic App execution logs to diagnose integration failures
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate successful integration implementation
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and continuous learning related to ATS/HRIS platforms and integration best practices
- Provide integration product roadmap feedback to continually improve integration capabilities and customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, integration analyst, or database analyst role
- Demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server (writing queries, creating scripts, basic database operations)
- Experience with data mapping and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman) and understanding of REST API concepts
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and experience analyzing system logs to diagnose technical issues
- Experience with at least one major ATS/HRIS platform (Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, iCims, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, basic auth) and security best practices
- Experience writing technical documentation for internal and/or customer-facing audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Logic Apps, Application Insights)
- Background in background screening industry, staffing, or recruitment technology
- Prior experience providing technical customer support in a SaaS or integration-focused environment
