سيؤدي المرشح الناجح دورًا أساسيًا في تحويل الأقمشة والمواد الخام إلى منتجات نهائية، مع ضمان جودة عالية في التنفيذ ودقة في المقاسات والتفصيل.

وبصفته عضوًا أساسيًا في فريق الإنتاج، سيساهم الموظف في تصنيع الملابس المصممة حسب الطلب والملابس الجاهزة، مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير جودة العمل والحرفية، ودعم الأهداف التشغيلية للفريق.

Responsibilities
   Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines to construct, alter, and repair various types of clothing and textiles.
   Measure, cut, and mark fabric according to specific patterns and design specifications with precision.
   Assemble garments by stitching seams, attaching buttons, zippers, and other fasteners using appropriate techniques.
   Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency in stitching quality, fit, and overall appearance.
   Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand requirements and execute adjustments as needed.
   Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.
   Adhere to all safety protocols and production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

المسؤوليات:

  • تشغيل ماكينات الخياطة الصناعية والمنزلية لتفصيل وتعديل وإصلاح مختلف أنواع الملابس والمنسوجات.
  • قياس الأقمشة وقصّها وتحديد العلامات عليها وفقًا للباترونات والمواصفات التصميمية المحددة، مع الحرص على الدقة.
  • تجميع الملابس من خلال خياطة الوصلات والحواف، وتركيب الأزرار والسحّابات ووسائل الإغلاق الأخرى باستخدام التقنيات المناسبة.
  • فحص المنتجات النهائية للتأكد من خلوّها من العيوب، وضمان جودة الخياطة وتناسقها، ومقاس القطعة، ومظهرها العام.
  • التعاون مع فِرَق التصميم والإنتاج لفهم المتطلبات وتنفيذ التعديلات اللازمة حسب الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل، والتأكد من العناية بجميع الأدوات والمعدات وتخزينها بالشكل الصحيح.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات السلامة وجداول الإنتاج لضمان إنجاز وتسليم الطلبات ضمن المواعيد المحددة


Requirements

Requirements
   A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
   Entry-level experience (0-1 year) in tailoring, fashion design, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
   Fundamental knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric properties, and garment construction is essential.
   Proficiency in using sewing machines, cutting tools, and measuring instruments.
   Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy and precision.
   Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
   Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
*   Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles and production methods.

المتطلبات:

  • يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها من المؤهلات التعليمية.
  • يُفضّل وجود خبرة من 0 إلى سنة واحدة في مجال الخياطة، أو تصميم الأزياء، أو أي مجال ذي صلة. كما يُشجَّع الخريجون الجدد الذين لديهم تدريب ذي صلة على التقدّم للوظيفة.
  • معرفة أساسية بـ تقنيات الخياطة، وخصائص الأقمشة، وطرق تفصيل وتصنيع الملابس.
  • إجادة استخدام ماكينات الخياطة، وأدوات القص، وأدوات القياس.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بدقة وإتقان.
  • امتلاك تنسيق جيد بين اليد والعين ومهارة يدوية عالية.
  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
  • الاستعداد للتعلم والتكيف مع التصاميم الجديدة وأساليب الإنتاج الحديثة
