نبحث عن شخص متحمّس للانضمام إلى فريقنا في منصب مسؤول توريد (Sourcing Officer). يُعد هذا المنصب من الوظائف المبتدئة، ويلعب دورًا مهمًا في ضمان تأمين وشراء السلع والخدمات اللازمة لسير عمليات المؤسسة بسلاسة.

سيقوم المرشح المثالي بدعم دورة المشتريات من خلال تحديد الموردين المحتملين، وجمع معلومات الأسعار والتكاليف، والمساعدة في تنسيق أوامر الشراء.

ويُعد هذا الدور أساسيًا في الحفاظ على كفاءة التكاليف واستمرارية سلسلة التوريد داخل المؤسسة.

Responsibilities
   Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors to meet organizational needs.
   Gather and compare pricing, delivery terms, and product specifications from multiple sources.
   Support the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions and orders.
   Communicate with suppliers to clarify order details and resolve minor discrepancies.
   Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and vendor communications.
   Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of critical items.
   Collaborate with internal departments to understand specific material requirements.

المسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تحديد وتقييم الموردين المحتملين بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المؤسسة.
  • جمع ومقارنة الأسعار وشروط التسليم ومواصفات المنتجات من مصادر وموردين متعددين.
  • دعم إعداد ومعالجة طلبات الشراء وأوامر الشراء.
  • التواصل مع الموردين لتوضيح تفاصيل الطلبات ومعالجة الفروقات أو المشكلات البسيطة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدّثة لأنشطة التوريد والمراسلات والتواصل مع الموردين.
  • متابعة مستويات المخزون لضمان إعادة التوريد في الوقت المناسب للمواد الأساسية.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية لفهم وتحديد الاحتياجات والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمواد والمستلزمات


Requirements

Requirements
   A minimum of 0-1 year of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
   Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
   A foundational understanding of sourcing principles and vendor management.
   High level of integrity and attention to detail.
   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • خبرة مهنية من 0 إلى سنة واحدة في مجال المشتريات أو سلسلة التوريد أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة برنامج Excel.
  • فهم أساسي لمبادئ التوريد وإدارة الموردين.
  • مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق وفي بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة
