We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee and streamline our daily business activities. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of core operational workflows, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational performance while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

نبحث عن مسؤول عمليات (Operations Officer) يتمتع بالديناميكية والدقة في العمل، للإشراف على أنشطة الأعمال اليومية وتنظيمها وتطويرها. يتمثل الدور الأساسي لهذه الوظيفة في ضمان كفاءة سير العمليات والإجراءات التشغيلية الأساسية، وإدارة الموارد بفعالية، ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.

سيعمل المرشح المثالي كشريك استراتيجي للإدارة، من خلال تحديد الفرص المتاحة لتحسين العمليات، وخفض التكاليف، وتعزيز الأداء العام للمؤسسة، مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات

Responsibilities
   Monitor and evaluate current operational procedures to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business projects and daily tasks.
   Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budgetary constraints, to meet operational goals.
   Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies.
   Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
   Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability across all operational departments.
   Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

المسؤوليات:

  • مراقبة وتقييم الإجراءات والعمليات التشغيلية الحالية لتحديد نقاط الاختناق وأوجه القصور، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
  • تنسيق العمل بين الفرق والأقسام المختلفة لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشاريع والمهام اليومية.
  • إدارة توزيع الموارد، بما في ذلك الموظفين والمعدات والميزانية المتاحة، بما يتوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية.
  • تطوير وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) لضمان توحيد أساليب العمل والالتزام بسياسات الشركة.
  • تحليل مؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والامتثال والمساءلة في جميع الأقسام والعمليات التشغيلية.
  • التواصل والتنسيق مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين للتفاوض على العقود وضمان تقديم الخدمات بما يتوافق مع التوقعات والمعايير المطلوبة.


Requirements

Requirements
   Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related business function.
   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
   Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience in managing diverse teams.
   Proficiency in project management tools and office productivity software.
   Ability to solve complex problems under pressure and adapt to changing business environments.
*   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

  • درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة العمليات، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة العملية
