Responsibilities
   Perform a variety of basic therapeutic treatments, including massages, body wraps, and facials, under the supervision of senior staff.
   Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, and arranging necessary linens and products to meet hygiene standards.
   Greet guests warmly, explain treatment protocols, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
   Assist senior therapists during complex procedures and maintain accurate records of client preferences and treatment outcomes.
   Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations governing spa operations.
   Manage inventory of treatment supplies and report low stock levels to the management team promptly.
   Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.

  • تنفيذ مجموعة متنوعة من العلاجات الأساسية، بما في ذلك جلسات التدليك، ولفائف الجسم، وعلاجات الوجه، تحت إشراف المعالجين ذوي الخبرة.
  • تجهيز غرف العلاج من خلال التأكد من النظافة والتعقيم، وتعقيم المعدات، وترتيب المناشف والمستلزمات والمنتجات اللازمة بما يتوافق مع معايير النظافة.
  • استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة ولباقة، وشرح خطوات وإجراءات العلاج، والتأكد من راحتهم ورضاهم طوال فترة زيارتهم.
  • مساعدة المعالجين ذوي الخبرة أثناء الإجراءات والعلاجات المتقدمة، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفضيلات العملاء ونتائج جلسات العلاج.
  • الالتزام الصارم بجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والتعقيم والنظافة المعمول بها في مرافق السبا.
  • إدارة مخزون مستلزمات ومنتجات العلاج وإبلاغ فريق الإدارة فوراً عند انخفاض مستويات المخزون.
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة من خلال الإجابة عن استفسارات الضيوف ومعالجة أي ملاحظات أو شكاوى باحترافية


Requirements

Requirements
   A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting is required.
   Completion of a recognized certification program in massage therapy or esthetics is mandatory.
   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
   Demonstrated knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and relaxation techniques.
   Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual therapeutic tasks.
   A professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business needs.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، مثل السبا، مراكز العافية والاسترخاء، أو قطاع الضيافة.
  • إتمام برنامج تدريبي معتمد والحصول على شهادة معترف بها في العلاج بالتدليك أو العناية بالبشرة والتجميل، ويُعد ذلك شرطاً أساسياً.
  • امتلاك مهارات قوية في التعامل والتواصل، مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • معرفة مثبتة بأساسيات علم التشريح، وعلم وظائف الأعضاء، وتقنيات الاسترخاء.
  • امتلاك القدرة البدنية والتحمل للوقوف لفترات طويلة وتنفيذ المهام العلاجية اليدوية.
  • الحفاظ على مظهر مهني والالتزام بتوفير أجواء هادئة ومريحة ومرحبة بالعملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل وفق ساعات عمل مرنة، بما في ذلك الفترات المسائية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، حسب متطلبات العمل.
