We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Employee (طاقم موظفين) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting kitchen and front-of-house operations. 

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن موظف/موظفة طاقم يتمتع/تتمتع بالحماس والالتزام للانضمام إلى فريقنا في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة داخل المطعم. يؤدي هذا الدور دورًا أساسيًا في تقديم تجربة متميزة للعملاء من خلال ضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة، والمحافظة على أعلى معايير النظافة، ودعم عمليات المطبخ وقسم خدمة العملاء، بما يساهم في تحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية ورضا العملاء.

Responsibilities: 
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their dining experience 
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale (POS) systems 
- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and quality control guidelines 
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment 
- Assist in receiving and storing inventory, ensuring proper handling and labeling 
- Support kitchen staff with prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients 
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and integrity 
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations always 
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations 
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns 

المسؤوليات:

  • الترحيب بالعملاء وتقديم خدمة متميزة لهم طوال فترة وجودهم في المطعم.
  • استقبال طلبات الطعام والمشروبات وإدخالها بدقة باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
  • إعداد وتجهيز أصناف الطعام وفقًا للوصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة المحددة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب محطات العمل، وصالة الطعام، والمعدات المستخدمة.
  • المساعدة في استلام وتخزين المخزون، مع ضمان التعامل الصحيح مع المواد ووضع الملصقات التعريفية عليها.
  • دعم فريق المطبخ في أعمال التحضير، مثل تقطيع المكونات، وتجهيز الكميات المطلوبة، وتجميع المكونات.
  • التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية، وبطاقات الدفع، ووسائل الدفع الإلكترونية بدقة وأمانة.
  • الالتزام بجميع لوائح وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في جميع الأوقات.
  • التواصل الفعّال مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وكفاءة.
  • الاستجابة السريعة والمهنية لاستفسارات العملاء، وملاحظاتهم، وشكاواهم، والعمل على معالجتها بما يضمن رضاهم.


Requirements

Requirements: 
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment 
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices 
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting 
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic kitchen equipment 
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn 
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs 
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred 

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين سنة و3 سنوات في مجال المطاعم أو خدمات الأغذية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء، والنظافة، وإجراءات التعقيم.
  • القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة وذات حجم عمل مرتفع.
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والمعدات الأساسية المستخدمة في المطبخ.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق، مع التحلي بالإيجابية والرغبة المستمرة في التعلم والتطوير.
  • اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة ورفع أوزان تصل إلى 25 رطلاً (حوالي 11 كغ).
  • المرونة في العمل وفق نظام المناوبات، بما في ذلك الفترات المسائية، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والعطلات الرسمية.
  • يُفضل إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وتواصلًا.
