Summary: 
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Barber - حلاق رجالي to join our vibrant and customer-focused grooming salon. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in men’s grooming and personal care. As a Barber, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional grooming experiences that enhance clients’ confidence and satisfaction. You will perform a range of services including traditional and modern haircuts, beard trims, shaving treatments, and skin care, all while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client service.

نبحث عن حلاق رجالي شغوف ودقيق في عمله للانضمام إلى صالوننا المتخصص في خدمات العناية الرجالية، والذي يتميز ببيئة عمل احترافية تركز على رضا العملاء وتقديم أفضل تجربة لهم. تُعد هذه الوظيفة مناسبة للخريجين الجدد أو لأصحاب الخبرة العملية المحدودة ممن لديهم شغف بمجال الحلاقة والعناية الشخصية للرجال.

سيكون شاغل هذه الوظيفة مسؤولًا عن تقديم خدمات حلاقة وعناية متكاملة تشمل قصات الشعر الكلاسيكية والعصرية، وتشذيب اللحية، والحلاقة التقليدية، بالإضافة إلى علاجات العناية بالبشرة، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير النظافة، والاحترافية، وجودة الخدمة، بما يسهم في تعزيز ثقة العملاء ورضاهم.

Responsibilities: 
- Perform precise and stylish haircuts, fades, and beard trims using both traditional and modern techniques 
- Provide hot towel shaves, straight razor shaves, and other wet shaving services with attention to skin care and client comfort 
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards 
- Recommend grooming products and care routines based on individual client needs and preferences 
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner to build rapport and ensure a positive experience 
- Follow up on client appointments and maintain accurate service records 
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations through training and self-development 
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless salon operations and high client satisfaction 

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • تنفيذ قصات الشعر الرجالية، والتدرجات (Fade)، وتشذيب اللحية بدقة واحترافية باستخدام أحدث التقنيات والأساليب التقليدية والعصرية.
  • تقديم خدمات الحلاقة التقليدية باستخدام المنشفة الساخنة والموس المستقيم، وغيرها من خدمات الحلاقة الرطبة، مع مراعاة العناية بالبشرة وراحة العميل.
  • المحافظة على نظافة وتعقيم وترتيب محطة العمل والأدوات وفقًا لمعايير الصحة والسلامة المعتمدة.
  • تقديم التوصيات المناسبة للعملاء بشأن منتجات العناية بالشعر واللحية وروتين العناية الشخصية بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم.
  • التعامل مع العملاء بأسلوب ودّي واحترافي لبناء علاقة ثقة وتقديم تجربة مميزة تعزز رضاهم.
  • متابعة مواعيد العملاء والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للخدمات المقدمة.
  • مواكبة أحدث صيحات وتقنيات الحلاقة ومنتجات العناية الشخصية من خلال التدريب المستمر والتطوير المهني.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء فريق العمل لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وتحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء.


Requirements

Requirements: 
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal barbering certification or enrollment in a recognized barbering program is highly preferred 
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in a professional grooming or barbering environment 
- Proficiency in using barbering tools including clippers, razors, scissors, combs, and grooming products 
- Strong understanding of men’s hair and facial hair types, textures, and styling techniques 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset 
- Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety protocols 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and receive constructive feedback 
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred) 

المتطلبات:

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، ويُفضل الحصول على شهادة معتمدة في الحلاقة الرجالية أو الالتحاق ببرنامج تدريبي معترف به في هذا المجال.
  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين صفر وسنة واحدة في صالون حلاقة أو مركز متخصص بالعناية الرجالية.
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات الحلاقة، بما في ذلك ماكينات الحلاقة الكهربائية، والموس، والمقص، والأمشاط، ومنتجات العناية بالشعر واللحية.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنواع الشعر واللحية الرجالية، وخصائصها، وتقنيات القص والتصفيف المناسبة لكل نوع.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء، مع التركيز على تقديم خدمة متميزة تلبي احتياجاتهم.
  • الالتزام بمعايير النظافة الشخصية، وتعقيم الأدوات، وتطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق في بيئة عمل سريعة الإيقاع.
  • الرغبة في التعلم المستمر، وتطوير المهارات، وتقبّل الملاحظات البناءة لتحسين الأداء.
  • يُفضل إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
