سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولًا عن المساهمة في الحفاظ على دقة السجلات المالية، ودعم أعمال قسم المحاسبة، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والسياسات المعتمدة في المؤسسة.

Responsibilities
   Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial statements.
   Perform daily transactional processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and verification of financial documents.
   Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
   Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely payments and collections.
   Collaborate with senior accounting staff to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
   Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
   Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget tracking activities.

المسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في إعداد وصيانة حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام (General Ledger) والبيانات المالية.
  • تنفيذ المعاملات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك إدخال البيانات، والتسويات المحاسبية، والتحقق من المستندات المالية.
  • دعم عمليات الإقفال المالي في نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة من خلال إعداد الجداول والتقارير اللازمة.
  • متابعة أنشطة الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المدينة لضمان تسديد المدفوعات وتحصيل المستحقات في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع موظفي المحاسبة ذوي الخبرة لتحديد الفروقات والأخطاء والعمل على تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مالية منظمة ومحدّثة، بما يتوافق مع السياسات الداخلية والمتطلبات والأنظمة التنظيمية المعمول بها.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية الأساسية والمساعدة في متابعة الميزانية والمصروفات.


Requirements

Requirements
   Work Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduates with a strong academic background in accounting or finance.
   Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   Skills: Proficiency in accounting principles and basic financial software or ERP systems.
   Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
   Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
   Skills:* Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic (as implied by the title).
