Bilingual Billing Clerk

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes, manage purchase orders, and perform various administrative tasks to support the financial operations of the company. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers and compile, analyze and record billings.
• Invoice filing for distribution and approvals, electronic client system uploads, emailing and mailing as required.  
• Request, order and manage purchase orders for accurate customer billings.
• Various administrative tasks: follow up on PO every billing block according to company policy, credit and cancelation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Must be fully bilingual, written and verbal, in both French and English
• Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes 
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite 
• Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
