Senior .NET Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in the Czech Republic.

About the role:

As a Senior .NET Engineer with deep expertise in Blazor and modern frontend UI engineering who takes real pride in the quality of what they ship, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. . You will be joining a focused, cross-functional team working on a globally recognised connected consumer product used by millions of people worldwide.

The backend services, business logic, and native iOS/Android app shells are already built. Your focus will be the client- side experience - designing, building, and refining high-fidelity, polished UI/UX components in C# and Blazor Hybrid (.NET MAUI). Think real-time feedback, animated dashboards, circular progress rings, and smooth transitions - all running inside a native mobile app.

This is not a role where you wait for tickets. You will take ownership of the UI layer, work closely with native iOS and Android developers, and translate pixel-perfect Figma designs into reusable, performant Razor components. The design baseline already exists - your job is to implement it with craft and consistency across iOS and Android.

About the Project:

You will be working on a live, consumer-facing mobile application used by families around the world. The app allows users to interact with a connected smart device - featuring real-time feedback, firmware management, device configuration, and intuitive dashboards. Think of it as the UI complexity of a premium health and wellness app, built in Blazor Hybrid.

The product is already in production with a real user base. The team is structured and focused - server-side logic is handled, which means your energy goes entirely into clean, high-quality front-end execution. Figma designs and technical specs are ready. You will plug into an existing codebase and existing iOS/Android app shells from day one.

This is a long-term engagement with a high-profile client. The sooner you can start, the better.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize responsive, touch-friendly Blazor components using HTML5, CSS3/SASS and C# within a .NET MAUI / Blazor Hybrid environment
• Integrate Shared Razor Class Libraries (RCL) to bridge existing web application features into native iOS and Android builds
• Implement high-fidelity animations and interactive UI elements - custom gauges, progress rings, dashboard widgets, and smooth transitions
• Ensure pixel-perfect rendering and consistent interaction behavior across iOS and Android screen sizes and aspect ratios
• Optimize client-side rendering speed, frame rates (60 FPS target), memory usage, and WebView component lifecycle
• Translate Figma designs directly into modular, reusable Razor components
• Collaborate closely with native iOS and Android developers to bridge the web UI into existing app shells
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared frontend standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional .NET / C# development experience - this is a must
• 2+ years of production Blazor application development - this is a must
• Hands-on experience embedding Blazor UI inside native iOS and Android containers using BlazorWebView / .NET MAUI - this is a must
• Strong C#, HTML5, CSS3 / SASS and JavaScript (ES6+ for JS Interop) - this is a must
• Deep understanding of CSS Flexbox, Grid, keyframe animations, responsive design and CSS isolation in Blazor - this is a must
• Ability to translate Figma designs into modular, reusable Razor components independently - this is a must
• Strong collaboration skills - you will be working directly alongside existing iOS/Android and backend teams - this is a must
• Experience with component frameworks such as MudBlazor, Syncfusion, Radzen or custom component architecture
• Clean event handling, local state management, Cascading Parameters and JS Interop
• Experience working in an existing, mature codebase - not only greenfield projects
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment practices

Desirable:

• Experience building UI for connected consumer or IoT apps - smart devices, real-time dashboards, health and wellness monitoring
• Familiarity with Mobile Bluetooth / Native API bridging via .NET MAUI dependency injection
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards on mobile
• Experience with .NET 8 / .NET 9 and the latest Blazor release cycle
• Background in consumer-facing mobile products with large user bases
