Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing
Import & Export Operations
Prepare and verify import/export documentation.
Coordinate daily customs declaration activities with customs brokers.
Liaise with freight forwarders for consolidation, booking, routing and delivery arrangements.
Maintain accurate filing and classification of import/export documentation to ensure compliance and minimise duty exposure.
Support foreign exchange declaration and related financial processes.
Logistics Coordination
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve delays.
Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation and provide delivery confirmation to internal teams.
Review and analyse logistics costs and recommend optimisation opportunities.
Support stock checks for Sales and Operations by confirming shipment status.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure logistics activities comply with Chinese customs, CIQ and relevant government regulations.
Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of import/export laws, HS codes, duty rules and trade requirements.
Support internal/external audits related to logistics compliance.
Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration
Manage day‑to‑day communication with logistics partners and service providers.
Support supplier evaluations for logistics and freight vendors.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales and Global Logistics.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and documentation.
Support 5S, EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in departmental projects and system upgrades.

Previous Experience
3–5 years of import/export or logistics experience in manufacturing, global trade or supply chain.
Familiarity with customs regulations, CIQ requirements and import/export processes.
Experience with freight forwarding, international shipping and logistics coordination.
Experience working with customs brokers, forwarders and regulatory authorities.
Experience in multi‑cultural or multinational organisations is advantageous.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
Customs declaration or inspection‑related certifications preferred.
Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
Knowledge of ERP/logistics systems is beneficial.
