Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Oklahoma City, OK 73142The Marketing & Engagement Specialist supports Chickasaw Community Bank's growth, brand, and customer experience priorities by coordinating marketing initiatives and creating content across digital, social, email, print, branch, and community channels. As a member of a small, collaborative department, this position works closely with the SVP, Marketing & Customer Experience, internal teams, agencies, and vendors to move projects from planning through completion. Primary areas of support include campaign coordination, content development, graphic design, organic social media, and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing professional with strong communication and organizational skills, experience in several marketing disciplines, and an interest in developing additional capabilities as the bank grows.
STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS

Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor
Respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours of receipt
Confer with management concerning questions, procedures, necessary information, forms completion, and problem resolution
Complete and attend all required CCB training
Maintain satisfactory attendance
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Marketing Campaigns and Project Coordination
Coordinate and execute assigned marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, print, branch, and community channels.
Develop timelines, gather content, and coordinate reviews and approvals with internal teams, Compliance, agencies, and vendors.
Draft and edit campaign content, customer communications, and promotional messaging.
Support product launches, financial education, branch promotions, events, and market-specific initiatives.
Track project status and basic campaign results and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Content, Design, and Social Media
Create routine, on-brand marketing materials using Canva or a comparable design platform and approved templates and assets.
Maintain the bank's organic social media calendar and draft, design, schedule, and publish approved content.
Identify content opportunities related to employees, customers, products, financial education, community involvement, and the bank's mission and values.
Monitor social media engagement and route customer-service or reputational matters appropriately.
Coordinate advanced creative, photography, video, and website needs with the bank's external partners.
Email Marketing and Digital Support
Build, test, schedule, and deploy approved email communications.
Assist with audience selection, list management, quality assurance, and basic performance reporting.
Support automated and digital communications.
Coordinate website content requests and routine digital updates with the bank's agency.
Learn and support the bank's evolving marketing technology.
Brand, Vendor, and Department Support
Help ensure marketing communications are accurate, brand-consistent, customer-friendly, and appropriately reviewed.
Coordinate day-to-day deliverables with agencies, printers, promotional vendors, and other partners.
Maintain marketing calendars, files, templates, assets, project records, and promotional inventory.
Assist with reports, presentations, research, sponsorships, community activities, and employee communications.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel occasionally to bank locations, meetings, community events, and other activities as needed.
Protect confidential customer, employee, and organizational information and demonstrate sound professional judgment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing & Customer Experience department and the bank’s strategic priorities.
QualificationsENVIRONMENT AND INTERACTION
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. Occasional travel to other bank locations, meetings, and community events is expected.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work is primarily sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping; good finger dexterity; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds of paper supplies, promotional materials, or minor office equipment.
Occasional standing or walking for bank and community events.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal professional office environment with occasional off-site meetings and events.

PROFICIENCIES
Strong written and verbal communication, proofreading, and editing skills
Ability to create professional marketing materials using Canva or a comparable design platform
Working knowledge of organic social media and digital content development
Strong organization, project coordination, time management, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and community partners
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new marketing and bank systems
Initiative, adaptability, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or a related role preferred
Experience in multiple of the following areas required: content writing, Canva or Photoshop, organic social media, email marketing, campaign coordination, and event support
Experience with marketing automation, CR, website management, or basic marketing analytics is helpful but not required.
Experience in banking or another regulated industry preferred.
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant writing, campaign, social media, or design experience may be requested
